Upon completion of your application, you must submit your speed test results. To verify your Internet connection speed, you must conduct the following two speed tests and send them to Promark. Before taking the two tests below, create a new e-mail addressed to speedtest@promarkresearch.com.
The subject line should include your First and Last Name – State – and “Internet Connection Test Results.”
[Example — Subject: Jane Doe – Texas – Internet Connection Test Results ]
** The tests MUST be run from the computer from which will be working! **
Test One
Go to speedtest.net and click GO.
The speed test will run on your computer. Once complete, copy and paste the URL from the address bar into your new email. It should look similar to the example below:

Test Two
Windows
Bring up the run command in Windows by clicking on the windows key (on your keyboard) and the letter “R” simultaneously. Type “cmd” and press enter. In the pop-up window, type the following exactly as written below, then hit enter.
ping -n 10 prcremote1.promarkresearch.com
Copy and paste the results in the same e-mail as Test One.
Mac
Press the Command key and space bar simultaneously to bring up your search feature. Type “terminal” and press enter. In the terminal window, type the following exactly as written below, then hit enter.
ping -c 10 prcremote1.promarkresearch.com
Copy and paste the results in the same e-mail as Test One.
Chromebook
Press Ctrl-Alt-T to bring up a terminal. In the terminal window, type the following exactly as written below, then hit enter.
ping -c 10 prcremote1.promarkresearch.com
Copy and paste the results in the same e-mail as Test One.
Once both tests are completed, send the results in your email to speedtest@promarkresearch.com
